KEY #1: PERSPECTIVE

ATTENTION.

It's never not here.

But what is attention? Why does it matter? And how does the way we pay attention impact us?

Attention is the "being" aspect of a "human being." 


How does life look from the perspective of your attention?

What happens when 
attention isn't glued to the mind, feelings and sensations?

How can you shift to open attention for each moment?

KEY #2: UNDERSTANDING

.Sometimes people want peace, but they're waiting for the "other person" to initiate, or something "out there" to change.

Sometimes people who value peace may not notice that they're at war on a moment to moment basis within themselves.

Sometimes people who value justice and peace may be experiencing whole groups of people as the "enemy" because they have different values, beliefs and world views than they do.

What would it be like to be an agent of change, starting from a perspective of our inherent unity rather than from a perspective of separation?



Our training facilitates understanding of blocks within yourself,
and facilitates understanding when difficulty exists in relationships with others.

KEY #3: LISTENING

Have you noticed that you can hear, without actually listening?

A colleague or family member may speak to you, and you may hear their words, 
but your attention may be elsewhere.

What's the distinction between hearing and listening?
