Do you remember to beat your own heart?
Do you remember to fill your lungs with each breath?

There is something quite extraordinary about Life.

Conscious breathing
can support your physiology in a positive way. 

Conscious breathing decreases stress by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, 
which calms your body, relaxes your muscles, slows your heart rate 

and increases the efficiency of your digestive system.
How you breath 
is as important as how you attend.

Open your attention to your body, actions and surroundings. 
Notice your breath,
your beating heart, 
the sounds in the room, 
the sounds of nature,
the sound of silence, out of which all sound arises. 


What do you notice?  
Is there more space? More acceptance? More gratitude? 
More enjoyment of life?
Open your attention to the the senses and your body:
listening, observing, moving and acting 
not as a means to an end, rather as ends in themselves.
Notice.  Is there connection and empathy? 
Notice.  Can you taste life? 
Notice.  Are you able to more effectively respond to the moment?
