DESCRIPTION:
This "Hosted Morning" from the Center for Nondual Awareness is for you if you have experienced some measure of awakening to the Truth of Love, and you would appreciate some support to deepen your embodiment of that realization. We begin with an overview of relevant developments in neuroscience as they relate to making change, in order to frame our experience. You’ll come to understand how a problem based, separate, self-referential self came to be the default network in human development. Identifying the process of separation is a vital step in disidentifying from it, and helps pave the way for awakened living.
The second portion of our morning is devoted to sharing practices that support shifts in consciousness, with an emphasis on expanding awareness at times of low risk, or moderate states of psychological, emotional and/or physical arousal and discomfort. Learning to practice when the stakes are lower, increases capacity to meet life’s challenges when the stakes are higher, thereby reducing reactivity and misalignment with realization.
This Hosted Morning is experiential and spacious in nature, allowing you time to both learn neuroscience principles presented and look within to access wisdom that will uniquely guide you in your unfolding.
